1. How long will it take before my custom banners are ready?
After you make your payment you will receive your banner(s) within 2 business days. If you have any modification requests, it can take anywhere between 10 minutes to 12 hours before your banner is updated and sent back to you.

2. How do I order?
CLICK HERE to order a custom banner, or there is an "Order " link on the "Customized Banners" page. You must fill in all the required fields for each banner. To order a Personalized Banner CLICK HERE or there is an "Personalized Banners" link at the top of each page. You must fill in all the required fields for each banner.

3. What are PSD Files?
PSD files are Adobe Photoshop source files. We create all of our banners using Photoshop. Source files contain editable layers that you can modify. PSD files are only available to purchase with Customized Banners.

4. How can I pay for my order?
After providing details for the banner, you will have the option to pay by PAYPAL or by Credit Card. PAYPAL is the safer, easier way to pay online - and you don't need an account!

5. What if I want to make some changes to my banner?
If you have ordered a Customized Banner you have the option of making 5 FREE revisions where you can request changes to your banner. On average, our customers are satisfied after the 1st or 2nd revision. Changes are not made for Personalized Banners.

6. How Are Revision Made?
Within two (2) business days after you have paid for your banner you will receive an email with your banner proof attached. If you're happy with how it looks all you have to do is reply with your approval and we will send you your finished banner. If you are not satisfied you may make up to five (5) revisions for free by replying with your requests. If you use all five (5) of your requests you will automatically receive your finished banner after the changes have been made. If not, you will continue to receive a proof of the banner until you either are satisfied or have used your five (5) revisions.

7. When do I receive my .psd file of my banner?
You will receive the .psd file of your banner attached in the same email as the finished banner.

8. What kind of changes can/can't I request?
You cannot request change to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text ad. This will be considered a different banner and normal price will be charged. Other than that, you can request any changes such as color, text positioning, animated frame positions, etc.

9. Do you provide HTML code for my banner?
We can help you with writing the HTML code for you banner as long as you have a place to host your banner. If you need help with HTML, please ask us when reviewing your banner.

10. What is a static banner? What is an animated banner?
A static banner is simply an image (banner) with no moving elements. When you order a static banner you will receive it as a JPEG image. Animated banners have movements, typically cycling through a series of text promoting your products and services. When you order an animated banner you will receive it as a GIF file.

11. I ordered a banner from you a while ago, but I've lost my banner.
If you still have your order number (receipt number or paypal ID), please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

12. How do I know what my Personalized Banner will look like in a different size?
When we create a Personalized Banner in different sizes you can be sure you will receive a banner with the exact same font, color scheme, and images as shown in the example. But since the banner dimensions vary so much it is up to our discretion to see that everything fits properly and looks appropriate. In Personalized Banners image sizes, font sizes, and positioning of attributes may change.
